What went well?

Strong Dispatcher Communication

Likes: Great communication, quick load booking process. Truck list is extremely helpful as I can look at all loads on my board to see if there is a good fit. Typically uses spot market to book backhauls for drivers to return home from contract load delivery destinations.
Dislikes: Wouldnt take a load with a bit more deadhead than they typically allow, even with added $ onto the rate - would love to see more flexibility here as I would have a lot more to offer.
