Mark did apologize and gave us the location of the shop where the driver was being repaired. We were able to get an update on repairs directly from them.

Mark did not contact us during transit to let us know that the driver broke down and would not make delivery. We did not find out until the original delivery was missed. We had to reschedule for the following morning.
