I've worked with Art on several RGN military loads out of several different bases. Drivers have never been turned away from a base, are usually on time to load and if they are running behind Art will call to keep me informed.

Hi! Thanks for the mostly positive review. Spoke to Art as soon as I saw this review. He sent me the email that he sent you letting you know that his driver's truck went down. Unfortunately that is the nature of trucking and he said that as far as he's aware that was the only issue that you had. I will note that though loads OUT of El Paso, Tx are good, getting loads IN aren't. Sometimes it's tough getting a truck routed down thru there. I know that in most of our lanes, this is not an issue. I hope that future loads will not be a problem for you, when working with us. Let us know if there is anything we can do to improve our service to you.
