We booked the load with the dispatch and the dispatch was informed the load is theirs with the load# and the posting was down from DAT. The driver was not on insurance policy they said they will provide VIN and they didnt
Supposedly they called numerous times, none got the call, I have 3 different numbers including my personal cell phone that has no missing calls and the last reach out from them is my coworker covered the truck and they wanna work with us in the future
Save yourselves a headache and find another option

Booked load with Jimmy at 08:16 to load in Richmond. Hot load, straight through to Gas City. He lied told me truck was ready, but worse case would arrive at 10:30, not the 10:00 appointment. Ended up driver was at home. Couldn't get him to accept MP. At 10:07, truck was still 70 miles away without accepting MP. Booked another carrier, had paperwork done, driver on his way with MP in less than 9 minutes.
