Demonstrated shared values and principles! Josh Fein at Cooler Logistics has high communication skills and takes his time when going over load details. When the little details matter and being responsive saves time and money, Josh and the team at Cooler Logistics get it done!

I've worked with Austin from Cooler several times now and consistently had good experiences. He's very friendly, responds quickly, works to get answers to any questions I have, and has been very fair with rates. Will definitely continue working with them and if he's a good indicator of the company then they're definitely worth working with.

Mike and the rest of the team at Cooler Logistics are just excellent. I get a lot of cold outreach that neither I nor my accounting team have time to convert to vendor relationships, but I'm glad we made the effort with Cooler. They're highly cost-competitive, professional, and communicative. They win a significant amount of our temp controlled LTL business, and it's not just because of cost.

Cooler was onboarded to our company in March 2024, and since then they have exhibited exceptional service through proactive communcation with my team. When a shipment is tendered to Cooler, our operations team is confident that they'll get it done, as planned.
While Cooler is a relative new broker, their team is highly experienced in the space and have brought their past success with them. Our dedicated sales representative, Blake Dermer- and along with Marta Kuzebski's operational leadership, Cooler has handled our account with professionalism, our account is treated as if it were a top account. Their CEO, Michael Cherney, is an industry veteran, and has been hands-on to ensure their customers are happy with the services provided.
We value long-term relationships, and stray away from transactional brokers. Cooler has an incredibly high ceiling, and excited to watch them continue to grow for years to come.
