Big company that is easy to deal with after building relationship with a dispatch team. They send automated updates to your email that are spot on. They take care of your loads and do not leave you hanging!

We work primarily with Joe at Mercer. Once you give them a load, rest assured it is in good hands. It will pick up and deliver when they say it will.

They pick up the load an hour late, but delivered on time at least. They could improve a bit more their communication, but will definitely work with them again
