Carrier was easy to get setup they are a fleet of Owner Operator based trucks. With that said, we have had a couple of good owner-operators that work with them but they have quite a few owner-ops that are the worst to deal with. We had a driver call on a load we had posted and because it was a 15ft partial and we would not give the owner-operator full truck laod rate the owner-operator went out on Google and several other webpages and started putting bad comments on our company profile pages even though the Owner-operator didnt take the load and when we asked TrueNorth to have the OO remove the comments they said they have no control over their owner ops and they do as they please.

True north needs to get a handle on their owner ops and take control of them before things get really bad because of a poor judgment call made by one of their owner ops.

This carrier is amazing! Each owner operator and dispatcher care a lot about each load they sign up for. They all hook up to GPS tracking so we know where the freight is. I work with over 100 drivers and dispatchers from their fleet and really enjoy working with each and every one of them. The sky is the limit for this carrier. We are trying to load them as much as possible. Nothing but good things to say about the operations team, technology they use and most importantly the drivers that haul for True North!

The only thing we can improve is getting more drivers signed up to work with CH! I have no negative complaints only positive!
