The carrier booked a load on 12/13 to pick up in Vinton, TX on 12/13 by 12pm and we told them it had to deliver on 12/14 8am-11am to meet riggers to offload the machine as it weighed 22500lbs and the receiver didnt have a lift big enough to offload it. At 2pm we asked for a delivery eta for the driver so we could update the riggers and no update was given. At 4:30 we tried to get another update and couldn't get ahold of anyone driver or dispatcher. On 12/14 at 7am and again at 8am we try to get ahold of the driver and the dispatcher with no luck. At 8:30am the dispatcher calls us and commenced to tell us that the driver would be in Ft Worth to deliver around 3pm to 4pm. We said you do realize the receiver closes at 2pm for the day, and we had told you yesterday that the load had to deliver 8am-11am please look at your rate con. The dispatcher/owner commenced to hollering at us telling us that if we didn't like the F-ing delivery time that he would stick the F-ing load in a warehouse and we will never find the F-ing load. He said he doesn't need to update anyone once the load is on his truck as it will get there when it gets there and if the broker don't like it tough shit. When we asked why no one bothered to update us on 12/13 of the driver's delays and they started hollering and screaming at us again saying we have ELDs we have to follow and don't have time to give you people updates twice a day. We didn't say anything about your driver's delay or him using an eld, we asked why no one could communicate the delay to anyone on 12/13 instead of waiting until the day of the delivery to do it when the riggers are already on site, and Rene hung up. Then Rene called the receiver and started in on them trying to tell them that we are hollering at him and that is when the receiver hit record on the phone call as Rene was hollering at the receiver now. This company is very unprofessional and they dont care what is agreed to on paper or in conversation they will do what they want with the load and don't care about anyone or any appointments that may have been made, very untrustworthy.

Carrier needs to learn communication, don't cus out your broker or shipper, and get some respect for others.
