Booked load with this carrier on Wed for Friday pickup and delilvery on Wednesday. Went over delivery dates time and how important ontime delivery was because it was volunteers who took their personal time to unload his driver. Driver picks up load on Saturday and proceeds to do a 34 hour reset. In this time both dispatch and driver refused to give ANY update. Finally tracked down on Monday at 2pm to find out he had driven 130 miles. Needless to say communication was non existantant until Wednesday at 10am when he delivery at 4pm to let us know he coudn't make it. Had to reschedule 2 differnet drops both which had volunteers (40+ at each drop). WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! BEWARE
