They picked up two forklifts for me in NYC, the dispatcher send me the driver info, I stayed in contact with them through the whole shipment, he picked up all my calls and gave good updates which the receiver appreciated, the on board process was easy, I have no complaints and would use them again.

Our customer required pictures of the load once picked up and a picture of the POD once delivered. As per our experience, some of the carriers are not happy to do that, however, driver Max did a fantastic job following up on all the pick-up and delivery instructions.
