Driver never answered texts..but disp provided updates on email and phone calls. They were on time to pickup but we couldn't confirm his delivery time as he was not answering our calls, tracking was good thoe.

Solid MN & WI backhaul carrier. Works with many large OB MN/WI customers who keep them very busy, almost always looking to get back to their customers or their driver's home-bases

Overall very little to dislike about this carrier. Their service & communication are excellent, whether it has been contract or spot business.
Sometimes because they are so engrained with their customer's, a brokered backhaul contract can get burned when customer needs change on the fly. Important to be flexible with this carrier on long-term agreements when it comes to weekly volume expectations .
