Picked up the load and delivered it 9 days late. Would not tell us where the freight was. Lied over and over again. Asked to cross dock it and they refused. Shipment was for Amazon who hired a PI and saw that they were super dicey company after running a background check on the owner. Cost me a massive customer. DO NOT USE!!!

This carrier made us lose a customer. Driver picked up the load on Friday, was supposed to deliver the following Tuesday and did not make delivery until a week late. The NEXT Monday. Jacob would not tell us exactly where the truck was. We asked him numerous times to pull the truck over and let us get the freight (crossdock it). He would not. He lied over and over about this freight. He just kept telling us that the freight will be there, not to worry.
