Carrier is quick to get set up and book loads but they won't sign and send your rate con back right away, and that is because they are fishing for something better to take. We got them set up and sent them the rate con for our load, called and let them know we had done so to ask for our rate con be sent back to us they said they would. After an hour had passed we get a phone call saying that they couldn't do our load anymore because their other dispatcher was booking the same truck at the same time. When we asked why it took them an hour to notify us of this and they couldn't give us a reason and hung up.
