Not much, very disappointing-would not refer or recommend to anyone who wants their loads picked up and delivered on time

They messed up 2 loads of ours, said they would pick up by a certain time, didn't, we rescheduled and they again didn't pick up,...poor communication -We used them twice, and both times they upset our customers with their performance

Fast Hauler had the equipment we needed, and gave us a reasonable rate.
- Dislikes
Impossible to get an updates from them. Multiple hang ups or system disconnects. Turns out, they dropped a load on us.

Possible double broker. I dont have verifible proof like I do on some of these db's but they were very shady during the set up process. Refused to use RMIS for the setup packet, was extremly vague in the descripition of his trucks times and locations and even provided incorrect zip codes for the places he did claim his driver was delivering into.

The whole process was so sketchy that when I found out they were from California I never sent them a rate con and they never complained about it. So obviously something is up with this carrier as their behavior is extremely suspect. Will not attempt to load them again.
