We have worked with Ward Logistics quite a bit and when I used them to pick up Nike items for us I felt confident we would get it on time due to past experiences with them. But then I was told they had to transfer the load to DHE and I was nervous. We rarely get Nike product and I needed to ensure there were no issues. Ward put me in touch with the DHE team the driver even called to let me know when he was near by. Everything went smoothly and we received the product sooner than Ward even promised.

I have used this carrier for LTL freight from CA TO CA, but if you use them for a CFS pick up they will over charge you to attempt those pick up, stay away from them on those pick ups, I have had missed pick up and delays with them, overall done ok for an LTL carrier.

Services LA -> SFO lane. Can't add anything positive.

Worst LTL carrier I have ever worked with. Turns away drivers for the smallest reasons, doesn't acknowledge receipt of work orders, asks for revisions to DOs much too late.
