Staci told me estimated time she would arrive on Monday and this was on Thursday when we booked the load, and was right on time, she sent pictures of the freight loaded, and reached out to the shipper and the receiver on when she would arrive, so both parties were notified with out me having to do that.

Nothing at the moment, she was good a driver and gave good updates, she was good at planning the pick up and the delivery, she estimated hours she would need and her down time which was helpful in the planning of delivery.
