Mara reached out to us to let us know that the driver was not being loaded. When we contacted the shipper they informed us that the shipment was not ready and would be a few hours before they could load. We were able to relay this to Mara who was very understanding and willing to wait for the shipment to be ready.

Rigoberto was a bit annoyed at the shipper because of the delay but that was understandable. They were great to work with otherwise.
