Carrier attempted to book a load. We advised the truck would need a packet. Our packet process was 1234pm to 1247pm and by that time carrier had covered truck. When the CSR attempted to reach out to inquire, they refused ALL communication. We will allow them to setup again, but they will only have one more shot.
