Had the first carrier booked on this load show up with the wrong equipment, so I needed to make up some time and didn't have any wiggle room on this. Luckily driver Juan got to the shipper in no time at all and made sure to be on top of making sure he was a priority to get loaded. The second they closed his truck he was rolling to the receiver. He kept his tracking up at all times and even sent me regular ETAs. Even with the original carrier messing up, Juan got my load delivered right on time when it was supposed to deliver.
